In the Initial Stakeholder Consultation, the target consultees will be briefed. We will introduce to the stakeholders the key opportunities, constraints and issues of each Piers. We will consult the stakeholders on the design and operational requirement, utilisation, accessibility, public safety etc. of the Piers. We will also consult the stakeholders on their views towards innovative design such as floating platform facilities for persons in need and prefabrication design if applicable.

In the Stakeholder Consultation, stakeholder consultation activities including workshops and presentations will be conducted to present the findings and recommendations of the Study with a view to gaining support from stakeholders for proceeding with detailed design.
